Who is responsible for this site

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send through the contact form, including your name, email address, and message.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address for that mailing list.

We also store interface preferences in your browser, currently the selected theme and language.

How we use that information

We use contact form submissions to respond to questions, support requests, and early product feedback.

We use newsletter signups to send occasional BentoBook updates by email.

We use saved theme and language preferences only to keep the site in the mode and locale you selected.

Contact form processing

When you submit the contact form, your message is sent through Mailjet so it can be delivered to the BentoBook inbox. We only send the data needed to process your request.

Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is sent to MailerLite so we can manage the mailing list and send occasional product updates.

Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.

It does use browser storage and locale cookies that are necessary to remember your language and theme preferences.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, and request timestamps in server logs for security, delivery, and reliability.

How long we keep data

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle the conversation, provide support, and maintain business records where required by law.

Theme and language preferences stay in your browser until you clear them or replace them with a new selection.
